Founded in 2008, DONGGUAN YOUJIA PRECISION MOULD CO., LTD., specializes in designing and producing various kinds of injection molds and plastic products.
The factory is located in Hengli, Dongguan, covering an area of about 5000 m2. The workshop consists of tooling division and plastic injection division.
About 150 employees are hired by YOUJIA. The R&D team is made up of 35 engineers, all of whom possess years of designing expertise. The rest of employees are experienced craftsmen who major in mold processing.
Every year over 70% of the molds are exported abroad.

We can offer printer parts, plastic parts for digital Cameras and ATM/ CDM financial machines, we can also offer auto parts and parts for household appliances.
We do well in the molding and processing of various types of precision plastic products to fulfill needs of diverse Industrial fields. Equipped with professional quality control personnel, plus advanced testing equipment,we can pledge quality from the very source.

The Workshop has total 28 injection machines whose tonnage ranges from 30T to 650T, in which include 13 imported TOSHIBA injection machines, 5 YIZHIMI injection machines, 5 LIJIN injection machines. All injection machines are equipped with automatic mechanical arms.

Youjia has been having ISO9001 certificate since 2011, strictly following the customer's requirements, we set goals for development schedule, quality and cost, and evaluate the risk via period conclusion and quality audit to finish the development and mass production.
